Robinsons Homes 1-day Property Fair
Robinsons Homes (RHomes) successful held a 1-day Property Fair at the Summer Circle Hotel last Saturday. The event featured the two residential developments of RHomes in Cebu: The Blue Coast Residences (BCR) and the Aspen Heights Subdivision (ASP).
The Blue Coast Residences is a beach front development in Punta Engano, Mactan, Cebu and this exclusive subdivision has less than 100 households. It is located just a few meters away from some of Cebu’s most popular resorts like Mactan Shangri-La, Movenpick, and Abaca.
Aspen Heights is a nature inspired development located at the elevated portion of the bustling Consolacion town. The development boasts of over 5 hectares of open space. This overlooking subdivision is at least 50 meters above sea level and some lots will have views of Mactan Island and the some of the Northern towns of Cebu.
The Property Fair was well attended and several buyers decided to reserve for lots. Many buyers cannot resist the unbelievable 5 years to pay at Zero Interest scheme for lots in Aspen Heights. RHomes in turn gave out gift certificates worth least 1,500 pesos for every reservation booked on that day. The event was also supported by the banking partners of Robinsons Homes.

The open house will coincide the opening of new blocks for sale at the overlooking portion of the residential development. It also coincides the completion of the Aurora and Simba house models.
Robinsons Homes will provide a shuttle service to and from the site. The pick up point will be in either Robinsons Place Cebu or Robinsons Cybergate. The pick-up schedules will be at 9 am, 11 am, 1 pm and 3 pm. You may coordinate with your agents with regards to the service vehicle. 2012 Cobra Ironman 70.3 race route includes RLC Cebu properties
The country’s biggest Ironman event will be passing through 2 of the prime residential developments of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) in Cebu. The running leg of the 2012 Cobra Iron 70.3 will have a route that will enter Robinsons Luxuria’s Amisa Private Residences and Robinsons Communities’ Blue Coast Residences.
The Ironman 70.3 triathlon event will be held on August 5, 2012 and it will start at Mactan‘s Shangri-La Resort and Spa. The 1.9 km swimming leg will be from Shangri-La to Movenpick to Portofino Resort and back to Shangri-La. The bike phase will take the participating triathletes from Mactan to Talisay via the South Road Properties. The running leg will be at Punta Engano, Mactan.
Amisa and Blue Coast Residences (BCR) are two of the four residential projects of RLC in Cebu. Both properties are in Punta Engano Mactan and just a few meters away from world-class resorts. Amisa is residential condominium community by the beach while BCR is an exclusive seaside subdivision facing the Mactan Channel. The other two projects of RLC in Cebu are Robinsons Residences’ Azalea Place in Lahug and Robinson Homes’ Aspen Heights in Consolacion, Cebu.

Aspen Heights: Blessing of the model houses
Robinsons Homes has completed the construction of models for the Fiona, Arielle, and Winnie house designs in Aspen Heights, Consolacion, Cebu. Aspen Heights is the affordable nature-inspired subdivision development by Robinsons Homes. Aspen Heights is just a few minutes from Cebu City and Mandaue City.
